To enroll, an applicant must be at least 18 years of age and operate a legally compliant website or digital property suitable for marketing gambling products. A6win reserves the right to approve or refuse registration in its sole discretion. Affiliates must not promote content that is illegal, harmful to the brand, or inconsistent with applicable advertising regulations. Acceptance of the Affiliate Terms constitutes binding consent to ongoing compliance with program rules.
Each referral is linked to a unique tracking identifier embedded in affiliate links supplied by A6win. The affiliate’s traffic, sign-ups, deposits, and net revenue attributable to the affiliate are recorded in the dashboard. Statistics are updated daily, with certain activities and detailed reporting available the following business day.
A6win offers multiple compensation models for eligible referrals, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Revenue Share, and Hybrid arrangements. The specific model, rate, and any applicable caps or tiers are defined in the Affiliate Terms. Payments are issued on a monthly cycle for qualified commissions, subject to defined payout thresholds and currency options. All payments are subject to applicable tax withholding and regulatory compliance. Details on payment methods, minimum payout, and tax documentation are provided within the affiliate dashboard.
Affiliates may participate in a Sub-Affiliate program pursuant to separate terms. Recruited sub-affiliates generate eligible commissions for the referring affiliate in accordance with those terms. Reporting for sub-affiliate activity is accessible through the affiliate dashboard, and the referring affiliate remains responsible for compliance by sub-affiliates.
Affiliates have access to marketing materials, including banners, text links, widgets, and data feeds, via the affiliate dashboard. Materials must direct users to A6win’s properties and may not be altered in a manner that misrepresents offers or misleads users. Affiliates must ensure promotions comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards and avoid prohibited or restricted content. Content credibility and brand safety are mandatory in all promotional activities.
Affiliates may view performance data in real time within the dashboard, with daily updates reflecting recent activity. Interim reporting aligns with internal processing schedules, and full historical data remains accessible for audit and reconciliation purposes in accordance with the Terms.
Affiliates must promote responsible gambling and comply with all anti-money laundering and customer verification requirements applicable to referred players. A6win may suspend or terminate affiliate activity or player accounts in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity. Affiliates must not assist or facilitate participation by underage or otherwise prohibited individuals. All promotions must respect age restrictions, licensing requirements, and relevant regional restrictions.
A6win processes personal data of affiliates and referred players in compliance with applicable privacy laws and data protection standards. Data is stored securely and used for purposes including performance reporting, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Affiliates may access their own data via the dashboard and may exercise data-related rights in accordance with legal obligations and the Terms.
The Affiliate Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the Terms. Upon termination, active tracking may be disabled and pending commissions settled per policy. Confidentiality, data protection, and post-termination compliance obligations continue as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Affiliate Program are subject to the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Affiliate Terms. The parties shall pursue amicable settlement in the first instance, with any unresolved matters proceeding under the designated forum, arbitration, or court venue as defined in the Terms.
Affiliates receive dedicated support through the account management channel and the Affiliate Support team. Inquiries should reference the Affiliate ID and be directed via the approved support path. A6win commits to timely responses in accordance with service level expectations defined in the Terms.
