These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the A6win website and related services (the “Service”). By registering for a Player Account with A6win, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules applicable to promotions or specific games. The terms are a legally binding agreement between you (the “Player”) and A6win (the “Company”, “We”, or “Us”).
A6win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be published on the Service and, where feasible, communicated by notice to the registered email address. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not consent to the changes, you must terminate your use of the Service and close your Account.

The minimum age is eighteen (18) years unless a higher age is required by applicable law. A6win reserves the right to verify age and identity and to suspend or terminate Accounts that fail to meet the eligibility criteria.

It is the Player’s responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction and to comply with such laws. Only one Personal Account may be held per individual, household, email address, telephone number, IP address, or shared computer. Dual or multiple Accounts may result in suspension or termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of winnings.
Game availability may vary by jurisdiction, regulatory approvals, and license limitations of game providers. A6win may modify, suspend, or cease offering games at any time. The use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may lead to forfeiture of winnings and/or suspension or termination of the Player’s Account.
The Service supports the following currencies for participation and settlement: USD, EUR, GBP, BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, among others as disclosed at the time of use. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification and the terms of payment processors. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges arising in connection with winnings in your jurisdiction.
Any payment method you use must be eligible for use on the Service and comply with applicable laws. A6win may impose limits on deposits, withdrawals, and transaction frequency. Where required, the Company may suspend or withhold payments pending completion of verification or investigation.
You are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from winnings and for reporting such amounts to the appropriate tax authorities. A6win may charge or withhold fees in accordance with the Payment Processor’s terms and disclosed fees on the Service. The Company shall not provide tax advice.
By engaging with any game, you acknowledge an understanding of the game rules as presented within the game interface. The outcomes of all games are determined by the game server and, for online casino games, by the random number generator or equivalent mechanism employed by the provider. In the event of any discrepancy between client-side and server-side results, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative and final.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Each Player may hold one Account. The Player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity conducted through the Account. Access by third parties, including minors, is prohibited. The Company may require re-verification of identity and may suspend or terminate Accounts for security reasons or suspected unauthorized use. The Player shall promptly notify A6win of any suspected breach of security.
A6win maintains an anti-fraud program and reserves the right to monitor activity for suspicious, collusive, or fraudulent conduct, including but not limited to multi-accounting, the use of prohibited strategies, or attempts to manipulate promotions. The Company may suspend or terminate Accounts and forfeit winnings where such conduct is detected. A6win supports responsible gaming and provides tools to set deposit limits, time limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods. The Company may, where required by law or regulation, report identified fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
To enable participation, withdrawals, and regulatory compliance, A6win may request verification documents such as government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and information relating to payment methods. Verification may be performed at account creation and again as required. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in restricted access, withdrawals being blocked, or account termination.
A6win processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including disclosures to payment processors, regulatory authorities, and other entities as required by law or necessary to provide the Service.
All content, branding, and software on the Service are owned by A6win or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the owner, except as permitted by applicable law or as permitted within the Service for personal use.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be addressed through A6win’s internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties may pursue resolution in accordance with applicable law and through the courts or, where available, an independent dispute resolution mechanism. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company’s jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
A6win may suspend or terminate a Player’s Account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Service. Any balance, pending withdrawals, or bonuses may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including provisions relating to liability, indemnification, and governing law.
All notices related to these Terms may be given by upload to the Player’s Account, or by electronic mail to the address linked to the Account. It is the Player’s responsibility to maintain accurate contact details and to review communications from A6win within the Service.
