Betting Rules and Compliance
The following Betting Rules govern the use of the A6win sportsbook and related betting services. By placing a Bet, the End User acknowledges that the Bet is subject to these Rules, the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of operation, and the operator’s licensing and regulatory requirements. The Operator reserves the right to modify offerings, stakes, and payout limits in accordance with these Rules and applicable law, with or without prior notice where permitted by law.
Definitions
- Sportsbook: The online platform operated by A6win for the provision of betting services, including software, interfaces, and related materials used to offer Bets.
- End User: An individual who uses the Sportsbook via the Website and who has agreed to these Betting Rules.
- Bet: A risk-based agreement on the outcome of an Event, Market or set of Markets, entered into by the End User by placing a Stake and which may produce Winnings or a loss depending on the outcome and Odds.
- Stake: The amount of money transferred by the End User to the Operator in accordance with a Bet and used to determine potential Winnings.
- Event: A real-time sporting, e-sport, virtual, political, entertainment or other event offered with Odds by the Operator.
- Market: A specific betting proposition within an Event on which a Stake may be placed.
- Odds: The numerical expression used to calculate Winnings for a Winning Bet, as offered by the Operator at the time of acceptance.
- Winnings: The amount payable to the End User following a correct prediction of an Event or Market outcome, subject to these Rules.
- Operator: The legal entity licensed to operate the Sportsbook in the applicable jurisdiction and to provide betting services to End Users.
General Provisions
- Eligibility: An End User must comply with minimum age requirements and any age verification requirements applicable in the jurisdiction of operation. The End User must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legally permitted for residents.
- Language and Interpretation: In the event of any discrepancy between language versions of these Rules, the English version prevails. The English version governs the interpretation of these Rules.
- Bet Acceptance and Reversals: Once a Bet is accepted by the Sportsbook and confirmed on the betslip, it cannot be reversed, altered, or cancelled except in accordance with these Rules and applicable law. The Operator is not liable for any missing or duplicate Stakes once a Bet has been accepted.
- Account Review: End Users may review all Bets and activity within the "My Bets" interface to verify that Bets have been accepted or settled correctly. The Operator may suspend or void Bets in accordance with these Rules and applicable law where permissible.
- Data and Information: Any statistical data or editorial content provided by the Sportsbook is for information purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation or guarantee of the outcome. End Users bear sole responsibility for any betting decisions.
- Automation and Accounts: The use of automated systems, bots, or third-party automation to gain an advantage is prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to cancel or void Bets placed using such systems and to suspend or terminate End User accounts found to be in breach.
- Jurisdiction and Compliance: The Sportbook’s offerings, limits, and available markets may vary by jurisdiction due to applicable law. The Operator will comply with licensing, anti-money laundering, and fraud prevention obligations in the jurisdiction of operation.
- Data Sources: The Operator relies on reputable data sources for determining Event outcomes, subject to disclosure as required by applicable law or these Rules.
- Hierarchy of Rules: Market Rules, Sport Rules, and General Rules apply in that order; in the absence of specific Market or Sport Rules, General Rules apply.
Placing a Bet: Stake and Acceptance
- All Stakes and Bets placed are subject to these Betting Rules and applicable law. A Bet is valid only when expressly confirmed as accepted on the betslip.
- The Operator retains full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time, including post-acceptance cancellations in accordance with these Rules.
- Recordability: Bets and settlements are visible in the End User's account history. The Operator may correct or adjust settlements in accordance with these Rules and applicable law in the event of settlement errors.
- Acceptable Bet Types: Bets may be placed in accordance with the available Bet Types described in these Rules and the Bet Types section. Any Bet type not expressly offered at the time of placement is not valid.
Market Types and Bet Types
The following Market Types and Bet Types may be offered. Availability may vary by Event, Market, and jurisdiction.
- Market Types:
- Match (1X2): Bet on the match result with outcomes: 1 = Home, X = Draw, 2 = Away.
- Correct Score: Bet on the exact final score.
- Over/Under (Totals): Bet on whether the total is over or under a specified line; a total equal to the line renders the Bet void.
- Odd/Even: Bet on whether a specified numeric outcome is odd or even.
- Head-to-Head / Triple-Head: Bets on two or three participants within a competition.
- Half Time / Full Time: Bet on the half-time and full-time result; if the match format deviates, the Bet is void.
- Period Betting: Bet on the result of defined periods within the Event.
- Draw No Bet: Bet on a team to win; if the match ends in a draw, the Stake is refunded.
- Handicap and Asian Handicap: Bets with a fixed or fractional advantage/disadvantage applied to one side; partial win/loss may occur in Asian Handicap.
- Double Chance: Bet on two possible outcomes (1X, 12, X2).
- Outright / Place: Bets on final placement or victory in a tournament or event.
- Quarter / Half / Period X: Bets on outcomes within specified segments of the Event.
- Race to X Points / Goals: Bet on which participant reaches a target first.
- Winner of Point X / Scorer of Goal X: Bets on specific scoring outcomes or point milestones.
- Bet Types (sub-set):
- Single (Ordinary) Bet: A single outcome bet; payout equals stake multiplied by odds.
- Combo (Accumulator) Bet: Requires all selections to win; payout is stake multiplied by combined odds.
- System Bet: A predefined set of multiple combinations; payout is the aggregate result across winning combinations.
- Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz, Goliath: Multi-bet structures described by their constituent combinations; each payout is stake multiplied by total odds for winning selections.
Odds, Settlement and Rounding
- Decimal odds above two decimal places: Payouts are rounded to the second decimal place for settlement purposes.
- Settlement: Bets settle according to the official outcome data and the applicable Market Rules; in the event of settlement errors, corrections follow these Rules.
Cash Out and Early Payout
- Cash Out: The End User may settle a Bet early under revised terms where the feature is available. Cash Out is discretionary and may be suspended, modified, or withdrawn without prior notice.
- Early Payout: A discretionary feature allowing settlement as a winner before final outcome if predefined conditions are met; not guaranteed, limited to specific events or markets, and subject to continuous terms displayed at the time of the offer.
- Interplay with Other Bets: In multi-bet structures, only selections meeting Early Payout conditions are settled early; remaining selections ride to final settlement under standard Rules.
- Void and Settlement Corrections: If Early Payout is voided or settled incorrectly due to error, the general settlement and void rules apply.
Promotions, Rewards and Loyalty
Promotions and loyalty rewards are governed by separate terms and conditions. Participation is subject to eligibility checks, wagering requirements, and any jurisdictional restrictions applicable to the End User. The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time in compliance with applicable law.
Fair Play, Anti-Fraud and AML
The Operator maintains fair play and anti-fraud measures, including the monitoring of betting activity for integrity. End Users must comply with all applicable anti-money laundering requirements and understand that illicit activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts and withhold funds where required by law or policy.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data processing and privacy obligations are governed by the Operator’s Privacy Policy. The End User consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as necessary to provide betting services, comply with legal obligations, and manage risk and fraud.
Disputes, Liability and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from use of the Sportsbook will be resolved under the governing law and jurisdiction specified by the Operator’s licensing regime. The Operator’s decisions on settlements, exclusions, and interpretation of these Rules are final, subject to applicable consumer protection and licensing oversight.
